Sophie talks about how her experiences with these therapeutics helped her through many issues: the loss of her mother when she was 13, years of eating disorders, and a decade of chronic pain after breaking her back in a skiing accident (which was misdiagnosed.)  She now supports others as a plant medicine guide aiming to catalyse deep transformation on both individual and collective societal level.
