He learned his trade from the best chefs in the business in high intensity 3 star and 2 star Michelin-rated restaurants, so he really knows his stuff. I had no idea how complicated it is to operate at such a high level. Apart from cooking, Gerwin's passion is baking sourdough bread way before it was trendy.
